From digital chaos to one connected content system
Why we stopped writing captions from scratch
We handed the first draft to a system we built ourselves. What changed — and what broke the first time.

Why more AI hasn’t fixed the problem
AI made content faster.
It didn’t make delivery easier.
You can generate a draft in minutes. But someone still has to provide the context, correct the tone, send it for review, collect the feedback, chase the approval and prepare the final version for publishing.
For most small teams, that person is still you.
Your expertise is still in your head.
Your team may have access to the same AI tools, but the model doesn’t automatically know how you think, what the client expects or what good work looks like to you. So the drafts come back for correction.
The content is faster. The coordination isn’t.
Creating the first draft is only one part of the process. Feedback, revisions, approvals and publishing still require messages, reminders and manual updates. So the time saved during creation is lost afterwards.
Real client work doesn’t follow a perfect demo.
A client changes direction. A brief is incomplete. Feedback arrives late. A post needs another approval. A useful system needs to handle the actual way people work, including the decisions that should remain human.
The opportunity
Capture your expertise once. Give your team a process they can follow. Let AI handle the work it does well and automate the repetitive steps around it.
That is the system we build during the workshop.
The workshop
Five focused hours. Four modules. One complete system built live.
This is a working session, not a day of presentations.
Bring your laptop. We’ll explain each concept, build it in front of you and give you time to follow the process on your own computer.
You’ll work through practical exercises, compare decisions with other agency owners and marketing leaders and receive feedback from us and the people in the room.
We begin with the foundations: what skills, workflows, automations and agents actually are, how they differ and when each one is useful.
Then we build.

Who’s running it
Meet the people behind the process.
Mirona Cuta
Founder, BEEON Digital Marketing & AIDA Growth
Mirona brings more than 10 years of marketing experience and the perspective of an entrepreneur running a digital marketing agency.
Through AIDA Growth, she expanded into MarTech and applied that experience inside BEEON to improve how social media content is briefed, created and reviewed.
In the room
She leads the business and marketing side of the workshop: translating client knowledge and content standards into reusable AI skills, identifying what to automate and deciding where human judgment matters.
Erika Plesca
Marketing Automation Builder
Erika combines hands-on social media work with her Computer Science studies. Working alongside Mirona at BEEON, she understands both the content process and the technical thinking needed to turn it into a workflow.
In the room
She leads the technical part of the workshop, guiding participants through the automation and AI agent examples and explaining how each component connects to the complete content system.

Come ready to build.
Bring your laptop
You’ll use your own computer throughout the workshop to complete exercises, test your work and follow the shared agency example.
Set up your accounts in advance
We’ll send you a preparation checklist with the tools and accounts you need, including any required subscriptions or usage costs.
Bring practical AI experience
You should already use ChatGPT or Claude in your work and be comfortable giving instructions and reviewing the results. We’ll teach skills, workflows and agents through the content process we build together.
Know the process you want to improve
Think about how your team handles briefs, drafts, feedback and approvals. Bring your questions and be ready to compare approaches and exchange feedback with the other participants.
Everyone will work through the same reference system, with opportunities to discuss how it could apply to their own business.
Who it’s for
You already deliver the work. Now make room to grow.
Agency owners with a small team
You have active clients and people helping you create content. But the briefs, corrections, client feedback and final approvals still depend on you.
You want to take on more work without every new client adding more to your own workload.
In-house marketing leaders
You run marketing with a small team, even if the company itself is much larger. Content creation, internal feedback and approvals compete for the same limited time.
You want a consistent process that gives your team more capacity for campaigns, strategy and execution.
Come with experience. Leave with a method.
You already understand social media, manage recurring content work and use ChatGPT or Claude. You’re ready to learn how skills, agents and automation can work together in that process.
No previous n8n experience is required. Familiarity with content delivery and everyday AI use is.
Time to build. Space for feedback.
Work through a real agency content system on your own laptop, with guidance from Mirona and Erika and feedback from other agency owners and marketing leaders.

Works for me, only the tone in the second paragraph is too corporate — change it and we’re done.
